North Shore Tacos offers the best fish tacos you can find in Hawaii. They have two locations at the North Shore: their restaurant can be found in Hau'ula while the food truck is conveniently located at Sharks Cove in Pupukea, with a beautiful outdoor setup and a perfect view of the bay.
The content was there, the product was excellent, but the original website was not properly maintained, visitors felt the information was obsolete and there was no online presence. Traffic was minimum, which was a good thing since the restaurant information, food menu and hours were not accurate.
North Shore Tacos needed not only a new image, but also to be sure their clients felt they were valued. They wanted customers to share their experiences, and they wanted to consolidate their brand as part of the community.

We worked hard to integrate a CMS framework that created easy to navigate, stylish, and image focused pages that would lower bounce time while increasing overall conversions.

Thanks to Google Analytics, we have determined which channels were working and which weren’t by analyzing insights from key metrics from the original website.
We have successfully positioned North Shore Tacos at the top of Google and Bing results for Hawaii based searches. The website is now fully linked to all other media channels, which in turn has increased customer engagement.
North Shore Tacos is now on the first page of search engines. They have three times the number of keywords ranking between 1st and 4th place on Google than there are internal pages on the website.
Over 25,000 visits since launch, which is 3 times higher compared to the same period in 2016. New visitors comprise 79.6% of these sessions.
As the surfing experience was enhanced, visitors are now spending more time learning about the menu, the company history and sharing their experiences on both Instagram and Facebook, increasing the average session duration.
