  • North Shore Tacos offers the best fish tacos you can find in Hawaii. They have two locations at the North Shore: their restaurant can be found in Hau'ula while the food truck is conveniently located at Sharks Cove in Pupukea, with a beautiful outdoor setup and a perfect view of the bay.

The content was there, the product was excellent, but the original website was not properly maintained, visitors felt the information was obsolete and there was no online presence. Traffic was minimum, which was a good thing since the restaurant information, food menu and hours were not accurate.

North Shore Tacos needed not only a new image, but also to be sure their clients felt they were valued. They wanted customers to share their experiences, and they wanted to consolidate their brand as part of the community.

CHALLENGE + VISION
A restaurant is a very inconsistent business to get into, just ask the loans manager at your favorite bank. On the other hand, one thing is certain: North Shore Tacos was here to stay and they were expanding. Fast. Those who have tried making it at the North Shore appreciate how difficult it is to be accepted by the community. North Shore Tacos not only conquered the community, but have already become one of those touristy spots visitors don't want to miss. Now they needed a digital presence that translated what they were already all about in real life. North Shore Tacos needed a new website, a better understanding of their audience, traffic and channels, and a new online strategy focused on long term local online visibility growth.

Website Redesign
We worked hard to integrate a CMS framework that created easy to navigate, stylish, and image focused pages that would lower bounce time while increasing overall conversions.
Complete Marketing
DEZCOOL is now handling all marketing aspects of the business including strategic planning, choosing the adequate media channels and managing all Social Media interactions.
Data-Driven Decisions
Thanks to Google Analytics and other 3rd party utilities, we have determined which channels were working and which weren’t by analyzing insights from key metrics from the original website.
Local SEO
We have successfully positioned the brand at the top of Google SERPS for Hawaii searches. The site is now fully linked to several media channels, which in turn has increased customer engagement.
